MahaRERA Estate Agent Training & Exam R.O.U.T.E.

The MahaRERA Estate Agent Certificate of Competency (CoC) Training and Examination are compulsory for all estate agents and real estate sales executives operating in Maharashtra. (MahaRERA Order N.41/2023).

The National Association of Realtors - India (NAR-INDIA) is a premier all-India association of estate agents and brokers/realtors. NAR-INDIA's R.O.U.T.E. is a Maha RERA-authorised training programme for the Estate Agent Certificate of Competency (CoC) Examination.

NAR-INDIA R.O.U.T.E. is designed with insights from experienced estate agents and brokers and by subject experts in law, finance, engineering, architecture and communication. It is conducted by experienced trainers from IIRE, the education wing of NAR-INDIA.
